Apprentice Baker
We are seeking a motivated and passionate person to join our bakehouse team as an Apprentice Baker.
In this role, you will learn to master the art of baking high quality products.
You’ll work closely with our experienced bakers, gaining valuable skills, confidence, and industry knowledge in a supportive and encouraging environment.
The opportunity
As an Apprentice Baker, you will work alongside our experienced bakers to learn and assist with:

Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of products including breads, pastries, savouries, and cakes

Learn and apply baking techniques such as mixing, scaling, shaping, proving, and finishing products

Follow recipes, production processes, and food safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times

Assist with stock rotation, ingredient management, and preparation for daily production

Contribute ideas and support the development of new products and flavours alongside the baking team

This is a hands-on role that requires early starts, physical work, and a strong willingness to learn.

Previous kitchen or bakery experience is welcome, but not essential, as we will provide training and development for the right person.
