Who is thE sWAN gROUP?
The Swan Group, is the informal name for the seven companies trading under the direction of Craig and Kerry Swan.
The Swan Group has a diverse range of business interests including farming, fertiliser, real estate, accommodation, earthmoving, agribusiness, mechanical services and bakery operations.
The Swan Group provides an integrated and shared approach to a range of business systems and management, namely finance; work, health and safety; quality management; training and workforce development; marketing; asset management; and information technology.

Our Story
The Swan Group, led by Craig and Kerry, emerged from the creation of an integrated Work Health and Safety (WHS) model designed to elevate our small businesses to the standards of larger enterprises.
This model was created with the understanding that taking care of people is fundamental to success.
Recognising the need for a comprehensive approach to safety and efficiency, the WHS model became the foundation of the Swan Group's framework. This integration led us to understand the value of collaboration towards shared goals.
Today, the Swan Group integrates leadership, marketing, asset management, HR, quality management, training, workforce development and finance support services within our organisation. By working together across these areas, we enhance our ability to deliver exceptional solutions and drive success for all our entities.
Meet The Team

CEO (Director)
Craig Swan
Craig has a thirty year career in agribusiness contracting. Qualified as a diesel mechanic, Craig worked in the mining and auto service industry sectors before joining the Swan Brothers family business as first an employee, and later as a partner.
Recently, Craig facilitated the succession planning process for Swan Brothers Pty Ltd which resulted in his brother retiring and Craig assuming sole directorship of that business.
In addition to his trade qualifications, Craig has formal qualifications in leadership and governance and successfully completed the 2020 Governor’s Leadership Foundation program.
Craig is responsible for strategy, direction and resourcing of The Swan Group.

Business and Development Manager (Director)
Kerry Swan
Kerry has a thirty year career in management. Kerry previously worked for the South Australia Government as a Project Manager and later was employed in regional development.
More recently, Kerry established her own independent real estate agency and property portfolio.
Kerry holds formal qualifications in project management, management, coaching and real estate.
Kerry is responsible for business systems, business development, innovation, and marketing of The Swan Group

Chief Finance Officer - The Swan Group
Chris Hooper
Chris Hooper provides financial leadership and strategic oversight across the business.
Chris brings extensive experience as a fractional and interim CFO, working with privately owned businesses across a range of industries, including creative agencies, retail, and digital asset operations.
He also has a background in heavy industry, and in agribusiness from his time working with farming and primary production.
With strong technical accounting expertise and commercial experience, Chris supports Swan Group in financial management, governance and strategic decision-making.

Fertiliser Manager - Swan Brothers
Michael Greenwood
Michael has been a dedicated member of Swan Brothers for over ten years, gaining extensive experience across fertiliser operations and the agricultural industry.
As Fertiliser Manager, Michael oversees fertiliser procurement, inventory management and pricing while working closely with suppliers to secure reliable product supply for customers.
Michael also coordinates fertiliser spreading, deliveries and day-to-day operations, ensuring jobs are planned efficiently and customers receive reliable, high-quality service.

Leading Hand (Maintenance) - Swan Brothers
Shaun Cunneen
With over twenty years at Swan Brothers, Shaun brings extensive experience in plant and transport operations.
Shaun holds qualification in leadership which he actively applies in managing the spreading team.
As Leading Hand (Maintenance), Shaun oversees the servicing, repairs and upkeep of Swan Brothers' fleet and equipment, helping ensure machinery remains reliable, safe and ready for operation.

Operations Manager - Swan Earthmovers
Jack Kluske
In January 2022, Jack Kluske was promoted from Swan Brothers to Swan Earthmovers Operations Manager.
Jack brings to the role a strong background in heavy machinery and earthworks.
Jack is a competent machinery operator and very familiar with maintenance and repairs.
Jack has also participated in leadership training and has natural mentoring skills.

Team Leader - Swan Earthmovers
Justin Brooks
Justin is one of Swan Earthmovers youngest and most skilled Plant Operators!
Justin has been with Swan Earthmovers since 2021, and he has already attained his Heavy Combination (HC) Licence.
Justin continues to build on his earthmoving skills, currently being declared competent on both excavators and loaders.
Justin has recently been promoted to Team Leader and is responsible for leadership at a job site.

General Manager - Coorong Realty
Adam Hurle
With over twenty years of experience as a volunteer and manager, Adam brings strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills to his role.
His natural enthusiasm and organisational abilities complement his strategic approach to achieving successful deals.
Living and working in his local community with his family, Adam leverages his extensive network to provide exceptional support to investors, buyers, landlords, and vendors.
He understands that property transactions are significant life events, and he is someone that you can trust with your big decisions.

Property Services Manager - Coorong Realty
Nicki Fegen
Nicki joined Coorong Realty in 2018, starting a dynamic career in marketing and sales administration.
She has since expanded her role to include holiday rental management, overseeing commercial operations, and managing Easy Wash Laundry.
Previously, Nicki worked as a Conveyancing Paralegal. With a diploma in legal studies, she brings a blend of legal and administrative skills to Coorong Realty. Currently, she is pursuing studies to become a sales representative.
Nicki's journey at Coorong Realty highlights her adaptability, leadership, and dedication to both personal and professional development.

Operations Manager - Tailem Bend Bakery
Courtney Ellis
Courtney Ellis bringing a wealth of experience and a proven ability to manage complex operations.
Before joining the bakery, Courtney gained invaluable experience working in remote Indigenous communities, where she managed grocery stores across some of the most isolated areas of the country.
This unique background has equipped her with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate diverse situations, skills that are now invaluable in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery.

Operations Manager - Tailem Bend Bakery
Corey Ellis
Corey Ellis brings extensive experience in retail and operations, having previously managed remote supermarkets for Outback Stores.
Over the past decade, Corey and his partner, Courtney, dedicated themselves to supporting Indigenous communities by overseeing day-to-day store operations, managing local staff, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining stock control.
At Tailem Bend Bakery, Corey applies this expertise ensuring smooth operations, reliable supply, and excellent service for all wholesale customers.
His hands-on experience and practical knowledge make him a trusted point of contact for businesses looking to source our bakery’s fresh, high-quality products.

Head Baker - Tailem Bend Bakery
Adam Coombe
Adam Coombe is the Head Baker at Swan Bakery, leading the production team with a strong focus on quality, creativity and consistency.
In his role, Adam is responsible for creative theme development and new product innovation, helping bring fresh ideas and seasonal concepts to life in the bakehouse. He also plays a key role in training and mentoring apprentices, sharing his skills and experience to develop the next generation of bakers.
Having worked in the bakehouse for several years, Adam has built strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of production processes, ensuring products are delivered to a high standard every day.

Operations Manager - Swan Agri Business
Chris Williams
Chris Williams leads the team and oversees the day-to-day operations at Swan Agri Business, helping drive the continued growth and success of the business.
Chris joined Swan Agri Business as General Manager in January 2026, bringing extensive hands-on farming experience and operational expertise. He previously spent six years as a Milk Supply Operations Manager and has experience managing local dairy farms.
Chris's combination of farming knowledge, passion for agriculture and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable leader as Swan Agri Business continues to evolve.

Workshop Manager - Swan Heavy Mechanical
Luke Medlow
Luke has over seven years of experience across the Swan Group, bringing strong operational, workshop and management expertise to Swan Heavy Mechanical.
As Workshop Manager, Luke oversees the day-to-day operations of the workshop, coordinating servicing, repairs and maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment remain safe, reliable and operating at peak performance.
Luke works closely with the maintenance team to schedule workloads, support staff and keep workshop operations running efficiently.
Alongside his workshop responsibilities, Luke continues to provide valuable support across the wider Swan Group, assisting with IT systems, finance operations, business projects and a range of operational initiatives whenever needed.

Maintenance Manager - Swan Heavy Mechanical
Brad Jeffery
Brad is a qualified as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic, having undertaken his apprenticeship in his thirties.
Brad has more than ten (10) years’ work experience on heavy vehicles and crushing plant and equipment.
Brad is responsible for fleet maintenance and repairs at Swan Earthmovers.

Digital Marketing Manager
Charli Medlow
Charli joined The Swan Group at the start of 2024, she works across the group as the Digital Marketing Manager.
Charli is currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Business at Flinders University.
Charli combines her academic knowledge and practical experience to assist the team in designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
Charli produces content for monthly newsletters, blogs, and social media.
