Qualified Baker
We are seeking a qualified Baker to join our growing team at Tailem Bend Bakery.

kEY rESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, bake, and finish a range of breads, pastries, and baked goods

Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all products

Follow production schedules and assist with planning daily output

Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld
-
Assist with stock control, ingredient preparation, and ordering as required

Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily demands
-
Contribute to new product ideas and continuous improvement
sKILLS AND eXPERIENCE

Qualified Baker (essential)

Experience working in a commercial or retail bakery environment

Strong understanding of baking techniques, dough handling, and production processes

Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible hours, including weekends if required

Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
